CCIE job opportunities, IT/Networking

I have for some time been looking for job opportunities in Singapore.
I'm IT & Electronics Engineer, Cisco CCIE and Novell CNE certified.
I am 34, single  and have 10 years of networking experience. I work for an ISP today.
My plans are to relocate to Singapore this year. I am able to spend 6-12 month in SP without job.
Does anyone have an idea whether finding a job in this area is realistic and what salary to expect.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
