I just lost nearly all of mine by:
Eating wonderfully varied salads, fish and prawns done in all sorts of yummy ways, steamed veges, glass noodles etc for lunch and vege juice for dinner and of course loads of fruit and drank a shed load of water.
I cut out all meat, snacks, processed food, bread, rice etc anything with sugar in it. I did eat yoghurt and fetta cheese and had Yakult. Sadly I also cut out most of the booze although I did have the occasional restorative G & T and a, dare I say it, couple of bubblies 
Cycling and speed walking every morning and evening. It took me two weeks to get rid of most of it, amazing really it took so little time. I have since fallen off the good eating habit a bit (went to India for work and OMG the chapattis and dhal, I cant resist) so back to the drawing board!
