I have cellulite on my under thighs. Can exercise and losing weight rid cellulite?

run. cycle. thai-boxing. or better yet, play tennis. go to any tennis court and you'll see plenty 40+ women who've been playing tennis for quite some time. any bubbles there? never.

Yep, exercise is the only way.  Dont even bother going for the anti-cellulite creams etc.

man, i've been going to the gym daily (sept-Dec)and upper body is looking good but lower....I do weights and cardio but still can't get rid of the cell/thighs!!

heard that diet is important too.

low caffeine, low salt, low sugar
more water

Other than exercise, taking  products from Osim for youthful skin seems to do wonders.

The cellulite just vanish plus nice skin from head to toes.

I prefer products taken as it improves the overall health of the whole body.

thanks osim sales rep...no caffeine here (no soda, no tea or coffee or chocolate), plenty of water and lots of excercise plus a pretty good diet.

It just takes time, keep exercising and eating as healthy as you can- you can't choose where the fat comes off so it might come off everywhere else first, but you weren't born with cottage cheese thighs- it is only (ugly) fat and you can lose it!.

a balanced diet and exercise, loads of water to drink and try a monthly colon hydro-therapy to rid toxins.

I am sure there are products more than Osim, it could well be Imadeen but I haven't try the latter so can't vouch for it.

There are more products I am sure which require certain unconventional doc  and blood test etc which works more powerfully, for those above 50's and that would  prevent degeneration of organs functions etc and would definitely have positive effect on beauty not to mention quality of life.

cellulite is  very common in xpat women over 25 yrs of age.

DO SOME EXERCIZE and don't eat like a pig

Do you think being on the pill has something to do with the thigh and butt still staying about the same size? Working out hard and very slight progress on lower half but upper half looks great!
