I just lost nearly all of mine by:

Eating wonderfully varied salads, fish and prawns done in all sorts of yummy ways, steamed veges, glass noodles etc for lunch and vege juice for dinner and of course loads of fruit and drank a shed load of water.

I cut out all meat, snacks, processed food, bread, rice etc anything with sugar in it.  I did eat yoghurt and fetta cheese and had Yakult.  Sadly I also cut out most of the booze although I did have the occasional restorative G & T and a, dare I say it, couple of bubblies

Cycling and speed walking every morning and evening.  It took me two weeks to get rid of most of it, amazing really it took so little time.  I have since fallen off the good eating habit a bit (went to India for work and OMG the chapattis and dhal, I cant resist) so back to the drawing board!

Yes.  It was not all gone but so much so that it was not that noticeable at all, I was very suprised.  I have found that cutting out on meat has really made a change to the fat level on my body.

A goo dmic of healthy diet and regular ongoing exercise helps. But just remember that it has to be a long term lifestyle shift. Quick fixes are that and teh weight etc always comes back with a vengence.

Exercise daily with weight bearing plus cardio exercise and give yourself one full rest day each week. Make sure your workouts focus on all of teh body not just "spot fixing".

The average woman has a neutral weight energy intake of 8,500Kj (2,024Kj) per day so you need to keep track of what goes in and what you are burning to get results...more energy out (exercise etc), less energy in (drop down volume, saturated fats etc).

"Most importantly Keep Smiling!"

Wouldn't that contribute to wrinkles?

Sorry, there isn't much you can do about cellulite. You can reduce the amount of uneven, dimpled fat through exercise, but it's still going to be uneven if you don't have the right genes. There are fat people with smooth luscious curves, and there are near-skeletal people with cottage cheese thighs.

Don't believe me? Google for: Mischa Barton cellulite and look at the un-airbrushed pics.
