It has been three weeks since I have applied my EP. But still no response. Kindly advise me as to what to do. Is there any way where I can check the progress of my application

Calm down, wait.  There are a lot of people taking days off at the end of the year, so things may be a little slow.  Besides 3 weeks is nothing - quickest would be about 2 weeks - - but could take 4 or more weeks.  (Or, they are slower because of anxious annies like you bugging them.)

Relax and wait at least another week or two before you go nuts again.

If you know your acknowledgement number, you can check the status by calling 64385122

If you call them, they will simply tell you that your application is being processed. No incidication will be given as to how far through the process your application is, or when it is likely to be completed.
