Hi all,

I'm a skilled engineer working in the US and looking for a job in S'pore (I have basic knowledge of Mandarin).

In order to find a (good) job in S'pore, should I better go there (like 1 mo) and then look for a job ?

Is it easy to contact HR for interviews (if no specific job openings in the company)?

Q: Go there and look or stick to the Internet job posts ?

Hi,

it depends on your field of engineering, experience and highest academic qualifications.

I have a French Engineering degree (Master of Science; majoring Industrial Systems) and a business certificate from UC Berkeley.

Skills: computer science and IT (including optical networks).

Work exp = 2 years as software/automation engineer in Ca (project manager).

I whish to find interesting and challenging position in Singapore.

Should I go there to find a job or just keep looking over the net ??
