I have a Rebok ab mat (you hold handles above your head and sit up). Hardly used as was gift and I prefer to use sit up bar. I bought it for $40. You can have it for $20 ono.

I have an Abdomizer (think the spelling's right). It's shaped like a triangle and what u do is u hold on to both ends and press the padded end onto yr abdomen for 15 x 3 sets.

Used it once but I stopped becos I'm not motivated to exercise alone.

I'm willing to let u have it for $10.

Call 97916542 if u're interested.
