Can expats pay in monthly installments or are we required to pay in one hit?

anyone can pay monthly. When you get yr bill, you will be given the option

No interest charged either if paid by GIRO (automatic debit from your account). There's no withholding at each pay so make sure you set aside some money!

Click on "Income Tax" top left, scroll almost to the bottom and choose "HOW TO PAY YOUR INCOME TAX"
