Assuming you are not a very conservative or close-minded person, I wouldn't think you would be shocked by much here in Singapore.  It has a very developed infrastructure and is easy for westerners to adapt to.

The only thing that might shock you, as it did me, is the price of alcohol.  In a pub, beers can cost from eur5.5 - 7 each!  No joke...

So if clothes for the slightly above average/avarage women are hard to buy, so where does one shop for these items.

Some of the long staying expats who fit this description must know of the places by now.

Any help would be most appreciated.

I am arriving in a few months and it is summer here, and sales are just about finished, with the left overs left in the shops.  Wished I had taken the opportunity sooner.

So ladies any help please.
