Another lease question!

My 2 year lease has standard (?) diplomatic clause after 12 months - 2 months notice, proof of cancellation of EP etc.  Does this mean that I can give notice anytime after 12 months has expired or is a "one time only" option at the 12 months point?

Thanks

You can serve notice (only upon those valid reasons stated in the lease agreement) to break the lease by invoking the diplomatic clause any time after the first 12 months.
