Bikes and the MRT

what is the official view on taking bikes on the MRT.  If not allowed, how do we get 2 mountain bikes to the East Coast for a ride?!

Official View...no way no how. Not even folding bikes

A couple of choices

1) Ride there
2) Take the wheels off and put them in/in the boot of a taxi.
3) Find somewhere else to ride. Bukit Timah/around the zoo etc is much better for mountain biking anyway
4) Buy a bike rack and put it on the back of a taxi
