Does this actually work?  I'm not sure if it's their site which is not working properly, or my PC!  Does anyone else use it?  Do you often have problems with it?

Cold Storage is much better. Try shopping at emart. its pathetic, especially if you store your own shopping lists and restore those for next shopping. Cold storage in general has worked well for me.

I find e-mart to be a lot better than Cold Storage. Delivery is alwasy spot on and quite competent.  My only complaint is that they don't stock cold cuts like ham, bacon etc

cold storage dial & deliver is pathetic- the web site is ok- its the delivery  that is always goofed up- wrong stuff delivered , things not delivered but billed for, etc. Usually have to call them  atleast twice to rectify problems.

Although I like the stuff Cold Storage sells better, more often than not, the order comes with items undelivered as they're out of stock, so it's unreliable,as the one thing you desperately needed might not come.
Emart is much more reliable and nearly always the whole order is delivered.  You also collect points with shopping with them that you can redeem towards your next order

Hooray - my shopping turned up right on time, the guy brought it all through to the kitchen for me, asking me where I wanted stuff putting etc - what a star!

plus, I got free delivery, because I ordered over $70 worth.  Brilliant

Tesco and Sainsburys used to just dump it on your doorstep and charge you a fiver for the privilage..........well, to be fair, if I'd been a frail old lady and asked them, they probably would have taken it into the kitchen, but there you go!

Loops, hope e-mart didn't dissapoint you.
I've used them for two years and they are always on time and never f---- up the orders like Cold Storage do.
Their staff are always polite and they always deliver on time, and above all the items you order are always in stock.

Yes, I was really pleased with them and would recommend them.  I don't think I'll bother with Cold Storage afterall.

Everything I ordered was in stock and all the veggies etc were really fresh.

Is e-mart purely an internet store, or do they have a shop somewhere?

No, they don't have an internet store Loops.
Everything i have ever bought from them (including meat and veg) has always been fresh.
Wish they would stock Hollands pies though!

Jackie

So e-mart is purely internet?  No physical stores to visit?

How does everyone find the ShopnSave places?

Thanks. Will try emart. With cold storage there is always out of stock & I still have to pay for delivery fee! Though, I must say that the girls are always polite & helpful.

Emart is Singapore Food Industries. Their orders  usually have everything in stock, and arrive on time with none of that annoying "no stock" mantra from Cold Storage. The only drawback is their server is exceedingly slow.

AND, they give the all-kiasu bonus points redeemable for who knows what.
