was looking for a bread knife yesterday and i came upon this great baking supplies store in clementi, phoon huat i think, they have several stores in singapore and they offer the best prices for cheese... mozarella (shredded) costs 13sgd for a kilo, way cheaper than fair price even, cream cheese is ~3sgd for 250g, ricotta--i bet it's also cheaper... go check out their website for store locations

they even sell a line of homemade yoghurt makers and instant yoghurt powders...

the bread knives though are 14 inches long (the blade only!) didn't buy them cause i might get booted out by my landlord

I dare say QB Food has the cheapest Ricotta @ $5.40 for 250g and other cheese selections around.
