What's the score re CPF if a Singapore PR has two jobs with 2 separate employers? Does one have to pay CPF twice?

You're not paying CPF 'twice' - you're paying CPF, period. Unless you expect that one of your employers needs not to pay you CPF!
Of course, there is a cap on salary eligible for CPF payable - you can check the CPF webpage

So one pays one's own personal CPF contribution once and have each employer pay the employer's contribution? I had this impression that one has to contribute for each job, so if you have two jobs you pay double, but can't find any info on the CPF website..

You aren't paying 'double'. If you have two jobs, do you pay SG income tax twice? No. You pay income tax.
CPF is 20% of your salary (or whatever graduated rate you pay), employer contributes 16%, up to the stipulated cap.

So in the case where an employee has two jobs (and earns more than the maximum threshold of 4500 per month from each job and thus already pays the maximum employee contribution), the employee pays no additional amount but both employers must then each pay the employer's contribution to said employee's account?
