Hi,

I just got an offer from a company called Phillip Capital(Poems) today..they are offering me 3000$ p.m...

Please let me know as to how good this company is and what about the 3000$ offer they are giving??

I am an IT professinal wanting to work as a DBA in my new role.

Dude, he didn't say he doesn't know anything about the company.  Rather, he asked if anyone knows what the working conditions there are.  Maybe he knows alot and is just looking for further information.

SGD $120k at least. If you are in the UK.

Are you a SQL developer or DBA? A Senior DBA at a Singapore bank could make approx S$ 120k pa. Depending on your background the 3k deal that you are offered might be a bit low...
