I want to try out the Jamie Oliver recipe 'broccoli and cauliflower canneloni'. However the recipe uses anchovies - Im not a fish person so is there anything else I can use instead? I suppose I could leave it out altogether but I remember watching him make this recipe and he said the anchovies give a great taste.
