Hi, as a non-US citizen, considering buying residential property there. Does anyone know if this is possible? Any ideas of where I can find more information? I am looking for a realtor who has dealt with non resident investors. Thank you!

It is possible. Many Singaporeans e.g. bought units from the Chicago Spire, although about half of them backed down after the sub prime, thus losing the booking fee.
There might be good bargains there now, choose well.
