5% of area but rather more of revenue.

Doesn't matter, ir is an irrelevance for rents. Hotels are a different story.

It take courage and its not too late to admit you have make a mistake on your construction projection.

We try not too be too harsh on you, young man.

If you insist your accessment is correct, when all your supporting figures are flawed if not laugable, than i truely feel sorry for you. Its hard living as a failure in this society.

But than again, you probably make the right choice to be in the construction industry, you can always not use your brain but your hand.

to Maybe True.

My god someone finally made a rational comment. Thank you.

Not too late,

You pointed out the insignificant cost of pokie machines? That makes ALL my supporting figures flawed? Sad. LOL

It shows,

I can only take your comments as a compliment.

Looking down on construction workers isn't clever son. Those poor guys work under hellish conditions for a pitance of pay.

I don't deserve that kind of respect.

Respect is mutual. I do hope that you are comfortably accommodated whatever class you may consider yourself to be in.The problem is most of the bearish posts seem, to this reader to have been placed by one bear only.

Blaze,

Perhaps I was unclear. Manual construction workers deserve more respect. I'm not one.

If I'm the bear you refer to, then that really wasn't my intention. Bearish about construction maybe, but on property prices no views about the future.

I'm stopping here (really).

You can guarantee that one of the weirdos will shortly be along to make another idiotic remark.

When I said "whatever class you may consider yourself to be in", I am really saying, you do not need to listen to others for them to put you in a class box. You are a free man..
