If you live near Holland Village, there's a bakery shop down where Michaelangelos and the butchers and delis all are (I think it is Chip Bee Gardens). They do things like that

There are several but I know for sure they have one at Holland Village and Geylang.
There is aso a place called Bake It Yourself along Bukit Timah just between Newton Circus and the CTE/Clemenceau intersection.
