Really tempted to go in to the market soon since it is within budget and at the right location. Is 50% off peak prices or 2003 prices a good entry level?

Some friends are keen to buy a property now.
Rationale is that if they see something that they like and they find the price is reasonable (down from high and also look pretty reasonable to pre-peak price), they do not mind entering the mkt. So it really depends on what you are comfortable with. You are answerable to yourself and not others.
