If you have watched the news today you will see that most likely expats will be 'going' with little say in the matter. They are always first ot the door.
Few expats = low rents/empty flats.
Get real for crying out loud. This is a major recession with a long long way to dip.
We are nowhere near the 'tip face' yet.
