I got into a 2yr rental 3 months ago. Given the current situation, at the end of 1yr, Im sure rentals will dip. How can I go about renegotiating a reduction in the rent?

Put the shoe on the other foot, would you think if rents had gone up LL thought they could renegotiate it upwards?
