Do u guys know how much capital to set up a boutique day spa here in Singapore?  Any experienced spa owners? It would be great if u could share ur thoughts and experience.

What size you looking at, two or three treatment rooms in a shopping centre or a mega place like spa botanica with villas and pools.  Could be 50k to several million.

Main setup costs are fitting out (or buildings depending), running costs are different.

To be honest there is no shortage already, I'd be very careful.

Thanks for ur reply. 

I am looking at 3 seats for nail stuffs and 2 treatment rooms somewhere in Bishan or Scotts road or  Beach road. I am still searching for the best location where many tai tais and expat wives lives.  Seems like there are loads of spas here..I feel like the market is saturated.
