The problem with you apologists is that you always fall back on relativism. Aw shucks, it's just a little simulated drowning, hardly a death camp.

That's not the point. Shoplifting isn't murder but its still against the law.

Laws were broken, if the American people think torture is tickety boo then let them change the laws but until then people must be held accountable.

Wow, the current US administration claims that the former, opposing party administration broke laws (what laws?).  Shocker.  Don't confuse partisan political moves for right and wrong.
