As far as I know - none. If you want staff to take their temperature then surely all visitors to the condo need to do the same. In fact all residents who leave their apartments need to do it. Where does it end?

ours isn't doing anything but at this stage I wouldn't expect them to. Perhaps if they just remind staff and residents to seek medical help if they have any flu symptoms, that's about all I can think of for them to do right now.
During SARS, the only thing I really did was to make sure we all washed our hands whenever we'd been out or whenever we got to our destination (we use a lot of public transport so it seemed like the sensible thing to do). I still remind them to wash their hands when we get home now, it has become a bit of a habit, but there are worse habits to get into and it might come in useful now!

Almost all lefts in HK have the buttons covered in plastic film which is disinfected on an hourly basis. They have also left alcohol gels everywhere since the SARS outbreak. The marginal cost to management is minimal. As the PP says, hand hygiene is not a bad habit to get in to.

I was thinking along similar lines about lifts and other communal type areas being sanitized more often. In our complex it wouldn't be that hard to do. But I don't know what else we could realistically expect at this stage of the game.

During SARS our condo closed the pool. I think that this would be in order again if there are cases here in the future.
