Hi,

Just wanted some feedback from residents of Medway Park. Any drawbacks to living is this area? Are there plans to redevelop the area in the next couple of years (we would hate to move there then be tossed out in a couple of years).

Thanks to anyone who can help.

Actually, the leases at Medway run only until Summer 2010. Before 2007, the rents there were between 7k and 7.5K per month. The property bubble meant that they shot up to silly levels, some even reaching 15k and 18k within a very short time. They really are worth only 6-7K because they are very basic. Poor man's black and whites, if you will. The new university halls of residence village is being constructed on the former Warren Golf Course, which curves around Medway, so avoid the properties on that side. Lots of dust and noise.
