Are you refering to the HDB CPF housing grant?
If so, it applies only to HDB flats, there is a income ceiling for this grant and you or your spouse needs to be a Singapore citizen

More info is available on the HDB website.

Thanks Kubes, but that information has not been updated since March. There have been changes made in June. Is anyone aware of what changes to policy have been made?

There is no first home buyer's grant in Australia. The clowns have, however, introduced a first home seller's grant.

Everything Oz does is great, get it you muppet, Kubes has been saying so ad nauseum for ages and as you know (because he tells us this as well), he is never wrong.

Oz does something - it is a good idea and everyone should copy.

Kubes post seems to have disappeared. It was advising me to sue google and make it my friend. He/she reffered me to the aust govt website which I had already done, however the website was last updated in Mar 2009, and I read recently that changes were made in May 2009. Can anyone advise?
