My daughter just left there and I"m not entirely sure we made the right decision to take her out.  We've loved it and she wants to go back.  She misses the teachers and her friends.  She says it was so much more fun and she learned much more than she is now-she's doing a brief stint at SAS summer school to get a little used to it for the fall.  I think they spend  enough time outside.  I don't know who the teachers are in the three year old class.  My daughter had Ms. Rash at first and she was wonderful.  But my daughter was 4 when she started.  The other parents I"ve spoken with  have also been very happy with Mt. Emily.  The principal, Ms. Tanya, is very responsive as are the teachers.  My only hesitation is that there is no air conditioning and even with the fans it was probably way hot last month.  My daughter never complained though and they do encourage them to drink fluids.  They do lots and lots of learning stuff-I was surprised at how advanced some of it seemed yet my daughter never seemed to be stressed out by it.  She loved it.  I don't think you will go wrong at Mt. Emily.

They do enough outdoor, I was a bit worried about the non airconditioning at first but they have lot's of fans running and at Mount Emily they got a good breeze.  My son is very happy there, and surprisingly, he never ever got mosquitio bites.  They got the mosquito zapper everywhere up high on the walls.
