Where can I buy baking/ cooking apples or Bramley apples (or are they the same thing?) here in Singapore?

I have never seen Bramley apples here but Granny Smith make an excellent substitute; just use less sugar as they are not as tart as Bramley

All markets sell Granny Smiths.,,, they are the green apples! If they are of the small-ish size, I use 8-10 of them for an apple pie.

I would actually use more sugar in the green Granny Smith Apples here because they are very tart without sugar. especially if you do an Apple crumble or even an apple pie. You really need some sugar if you use a Granny Smith Apple for a pie or crumble.
