well...I wouldnt want to pay 4k. But if I compare it to today's rental prices where 3K would get me an ok 1 bedder in the same area, then it would seem reasonable.
In terms of facilities - no pool or gym, but I rarely use these things anyway. But, running track ON THE ROOF! That's something I could see myself using. Imagine the breeze!

Yes but its still a sure bet to make money. Lots of us here are married to singaporeans so we could in theory buy into it still. |

Why yes. How about Broadwater Farm Estate located in Tottenham, North London? Running or falling from the aesthetic pleasing apartment blocks is a popular past time. |

You are an agent not an expat.
To other posters, no would not live there. Don't like tanjong pagar and want a swimming pool. As for running I have a perfectly good park over the road.
