Running in a park next to a busy road is not perfect, you will be inhaling foul air.
By the way I am not an agent of the URA.

Plenty of parks not next to busy roads you know.
Been here 8 years and never had an issue with polluted air in 3 very different parts of Singapore.
Makes sod all difference with the haze anyway.

As these are new HDB flats, no owner is legally entitled to rent out or sell his unit until five years have passed.
That's not particularly true. As long as the owners don't live in S'pore, they're allowed to sublet the entire unit

Has anyone been up to the sky bridge of Pinnacle? I have, and I was disappointed to discover it's not possible to run up there. It does however offer a spectacular view, breeze and is well landscaped. Its worth the 5 buck fee on a one off basis.
How much are the owners of Pinnacle apartments renting them out? Any ideas?

Actually I started this thread because I thought the building was interesting and it warranted discussion. The whole point is that its an HDB and therefore is of no interest to the vast majority of expats in terms of actually living there. It was more to highlight that IMO, it is superior to many condos in terms of location and features, and I wondered if this was the future of government housing - provided to citizens/pr's at a fraction of the cost of accommodation for expats. Also, how will HDB owners try to profit from this situation.
To "but why": you clearly have not visited Duxton recently - its now has more hedge funds and ad agencies than girly bars. In fact, the area has lost some of its previous "colourful character" some might say...

hi Question:
5 sky scrapers (wow that sounds like an 80's term!) with multi level running tracks running across all 5 towers. And its not an "Integrated Resort" - it's public housing. Do you know of such a building in any other cities?
Why yes. How about Broadwater Farm Estate located in Tottenham, North London? Running or falling from the aesthetic pleasing apartment blocks is a popular past time.
You kidding? The tallest block in The Farm is not even 20-storey high...
