We are having a birthday party for my 4-year old son and the theme is construction. Any ideas as to how to decorate the place (think Bob the Builder type decorations, but not actually Bob stuff). Is there anywhere I can buy hats, keep out tape! or traffic cones?

I had a bob the builder party for my son last year.  We got little soccer cones from the shop upstairs in Peninsula - I think its called Western Sport or something. 

I think you can get construction tape at Popular bookshop?  Can't quite remember!
