HI All,
One company has applied for an IPA for me and got it approved.
Can some other company apply another IPA for EP ?

To share the context,
I am in india right now. I turned down the offer from the first company but they had already got the IPA approved for me. They have not withdrawn it yet.
Now, I have got a better offer and they are planning to apply for IPA for me. Will that be any issue?
Thanks !

I don't see why the company couldn't apply, as an IPA doesn't mean you have an EP yet or will you with that particular IPA.

You don't need to cancel an existing EP before applying for a new job with a new employer, so I don't think you would need to withdraw the IPA before submitting a new application either.

But the best bet would be to either look on the MOM web site or give them a call directly (hint: I find I have to call the MOM about 3 times to get an actually an answer)
