Funny you should ask that.  We were looking for one a few weeks ago and after checking on a few places and couldn't find any, asked a guy in Cold Storage.  Apparently there were some problems with the Singapore distributor and no Pimms is available anywhere in Singapore.  As I said, it was about 4 or 5 weeks ago so I don't know whether they have resolved the issue.  Ask someone in the wine section in Cold Storage and they should know.

The various places i have found it are:
Phuket Duty Free - about Bt600
Kota Kinabalu Duty Free - about M$35
Delhi Duty Free - US$16
Supermarkets in Hong Kong - about HK$180
Stock up when you are abroad. It's about S$20 in duty when you go through Singapore customs if you exceed the duty free allowance.
I've never found the Pimm's no 6 cup or the Winter cup outside of the UK

Wow Pimm's fan you get about. I don't think I'll be going out of the country before next Easter though so this is not an option for me at the moment. The bottles are heavy so I don't like to ask visitors to bring them. If they offer to bring something from home I ask for tea bags. Much lighter and won't break if in hold luggage.

If I were you I'd ask at one of those specialist booze shops.  There's one in Changi village (I can't remember the name, it's a woman's name but not Denise wine shops - Sally or maggie or something).  That's the kind of shop which would, I'm sure be able to tell you if they could order it in for you.  Other than that, you could try the posh cold storages if you haven't tried them already - Jasons and Market place.  Or maybe Carrefour

I got my bottle (which is 2/3 empty not unfortunately) at the CS at 6th Avenue, they have a nice spirits section.  That was 1 year ago.

Pimms and Lemonade and then you can put fruit and things in it to make the proper cocktail (sometimes it has cucumber pieces in it, but I'm not a big fan of cucumber).

Google for it, you will find lots of different cocktails that you can make.
