Hey mate,

Can I ask are you working within the nursing, medical, teaching and legal professions where you need to submit a copy of the Certificate of Registration with the respective vetting professional bodies / accreditation agencies or relevant documents?

I am talking about section 7D on the employment pass form (form Cool. I have recently applied and gotten the same message

"Pending inputs from vetting agencies. Expected outcome is 2 months from the Date of Application"

However I am going to work in finance. What I am getting at is whether these vetting agencies can be used to check normal education certs or is it a error on behalf of MOM who think I need certifications from an accredited body as per section 7D

Thanks,

J

I have applied Dependent Pass from my wife. Got the status as:

"Pending inputs from vetting agencies. Expected outcome
is 2 months from the Date of Application"

Does anybody got the same message for DP? Does it really take 2 months to get the visa?

My agency that applied on my behalf told me today that MOM is waiting for some vettings agencies feedback and also "they won't be able to provide us the timeline for the outcome to be released"...this is something new..how come no deadline at all?

This is not my first EP, I am changing employer and have my current EP intact. For this EP MOM has varified all my degrees last time. Took them 2,5 months (paper application though).

I am really frustrated...does it have anything to do with my nationality? Because my education, experience, salary all above expectations for P1 EP.

Any ideas?

Nationality plays a huge part. I applied for a EP for 2 girls, aged 20, who studied in Singapore and got a job in the same MNC, same salary and one of the girls had the same message. It eventually got approved in 2 weeks but we know its normal for that nationality to take a longer time. Its kind of auto, once you are from certain countries, the EPOL will prompt the same message.
