Saw tons of them yesterday in the toy (basement) section at CarreFour -- probably cheaper than shops at Tanglin Mall.

they're great if you don't mind paying for it. Quite expensive, especially for a short period of usage, might not be worth paying for. There are also more reasonably priced kids scooters that are just as good.

I'd definitely say this was worth it. I bought one for my daughter's second christmas, she's still using it and she's 4. The best present I ever bought her! They're much more stable than other makes because the two wheels are at the front.

The bike shop on at the main shopping mall area had a great selection at a good price.  The owner was really helpful and unpushy.

Agree re micro scooters, we have the 5+ maxi and it's the best purchase we've ever made.  Used (and absolutely loved) daily.  No other scooter compares and we've had a few different brands.

We got our son a mini micro and find that within a couple of months the two front wheels bent outwards so much more than we first got it. The same happened to our friend's micro.

My soon to be 3 year old has the 2 in 1 little Tykes Scooter.   It's great as a first scooter, easy to learn on as it has 2 wheels at the front and is a very sturdy design.  It can convert in to a ride on style car aswell.  It states for ages 18 mths to 4 years.  I don't know where to buy in Singapore as we got ours with a Huggies redemption. My son loves it to bits and can scoot around very quickly
