I'm looking at getting some premium bonds set up- the NS&I website says you have to check with the country you live in whether they allow overseas lotteries.  Does anyone know if this is ok in Singapore?

I'm guessing it is what with all the new casinos springing up...

Or if you don't know, who should I check with?

Think Spore does ban participation in overseas lotteries for citizens, but should be ok if you're here on an EP and your home country allows it
