Has anyone seen Albers Corn meal in any of the grocery stores lately?  I'm out and really need it for Thanksgiving.  I've looked at Bukit Timah Fair Price Finest, Cold Storage in Great World City and I think Centerpoint as well as the market in the basement of the Tanglin Mall.  I've previously been able to find it at Cold Storages.

Hi Scoobs, does it need to be Albers or would another do in an emergency?  I think my local Cold Storage only does Bob but will check tomorrow to be sure.

I prefer Albers because its a large box and we use it somewhat regularly.  I'm thinking I may need to come up with a different stuffing recipe.  Any ideas for a great stuffing recipe?

There was a recent thread about finding corn meal (or was it tortillas Huh) at Mustafas -- but I can't find it now.  I remember the poster also gave the Indian name for it -- apparently it was cheaper as well.  Anyone remember that? If yes, please post details. Thxs

Where is the South African shop at Bukit Timah Plaza?  Thanks for the suggestions, I'll try the online place too.

In India - or more specifically Punjab - they eat makki di roti or chapatis made of corn flour with a curry made from mustard leaves. So you'd be looking for makki in Mustafas. No idea if it is fine or coarse ground though.
