Last year, I was nearly crushed between two buses on the right lane. The left line was full of 4 wheel drives, and in my compact car, I never felt safe on the road, not to mention the time wasted in the jam.

with a 20% decline of the population, the place has be come liveable.

2 years ago, it was more expensive than Sydney, and without any reason. it is now pricing itself reasonnably. Let's celebrate and enjoy !

It is time for emiratis to reclaim their land.

Many singaporeans would also want a collapse of their property market, and have no alternative but migration.
