Could you share your recipe of the chocolate mousse. I need to bake without flour so I am very interested.

The chocolate mousse:

300g chocolate (get the best you can. Valrhona 64% is perfect)
50g butter
80g egg yolk
350g whipped cream
120g egg white
70g sugar

- melt the chocolate in a bain marie
- add the butter, then the yolk

Meanwhile, whip the egg white with sugar to soft peak stage (meringue)
Incorporate the meringue to the chocolate together with the whipped cream

Half  fill martini glasses with mousse and put them in the fridge (can be made up to half day in advance) Just before serving, top half side with sour cherries and the other one with whipped cream.

i probably going to buy cake or bake a chocolate fudge cake for Christmas..
chocolate mousse is also a good idea..
