Wait listing for a place at UWC

We have been on the wait list at UWC for our 6 years old son since 2007 ( it's going to be more than 3 years by Aug 2010 term start). We have a not move up the list besides we are moved so far down the list. This is because the UWC changed the policy giving 12 months priority to  sibling and alumi. I am extremly upset. Anyone in te same sitation. What did you do?

I was told grade 4 in East campus is also full.

Still some places in grade 3 but the rest of the school is full

The best thing is to ring the school every month and find out where you are on the list and question if you moved down the list.  We had to wait 2 years and only then my daughter got in.  They notified me during the summer holiday to let me know my son got in as well.  Which meet we lost on our deposit from the old school.  We have been with UWC for 5 1/2 years and its been great.  Worth while if you are here for along time.
