99LH + bad location with poor amenities and + no future MRT = poor investment. The pseudo European architecture is also quite cheesy.

Near 'famous' Ai Tong pri school. This is the main reason why gardens fetches a bit of a premium. The Thomson MRT line will serve this area in the future. There is a new development coming up right next to gardens@B so check out the facing.

Prices there don't really fetch any premium. Thomason MRT stations not even announced, don't anyhow spread rumours on the location. In any case, I think if there's an MRT station, it shall be 10-20 years away - it's 99 leasehold in a bad location. And the European architecture is really quite yucky. Not sure what's wrong with the architects here. You either see European architecture OR glass box buildings that look like offices or factories. Why can't they embrace the tropics? Condos that embrace the tropical architecture are far and between.
