Dear All,

I am new here. This is a good place for information sharing. Therefore I have join in the fun.

I am having mouth ulcers for 3 weeks already as my body is heaty. Tried many medicines. It gets better slowly.

I know Bonjela hurts alot and the watermelon frost make my ulcers bigger.

Do you guys have any other recommendations that can heal mouth ulcers effectively?

Please don't ask me to put salt cos it is too painful...

Thanks mates.

Cheers!

Try gargling with Bactidol.  You can buy it from NTUC, Watsons and Guardian.  Works all the time for me.
