hi! I've applied to several jobs and have noticed that some of them have been relisted some time afterwards. However, I haven't been contacted for an interview. Does it mean that my application has been rejected? Thanks for the help!

Is this an online job portal? Some of the job portals automatically relist jobs after a certain time frame (2 weeks or a month). I have seen jobs being relisted even though the position has been filled. Sometimes HR forgets to take the job ads down... those lazy buggers... Smiley

Also sometimes jobs are posted that are already filled but due to company rules they still need to be made public.
