Does anyone know where you can get nice chorizo?  I found some from the USA in Cold Storage but it wasn't very nice - can you get the Spanish or Portugese made Chorizo here?

I've seen Spanish style Chorizo in Swiss Butchery and Hubers butcher so I assume other butchers would have them too.. I've never tried them though.

Espirito Santo which is run by a Brazilian lady should stock them.

True, I didn't think of there, thanks, I'll try them (it is the nearest one to me out of the three you've mentioned)

I love Chorizo, lived in Madrid for a year so I know what they should taste like and sadly none on the ones from the butchers here have been much good - HOWEVER Jns the Grocer at Dempsey does do a VERy authentic one, be prepared to pay for it though!

thanks mmmmmmm, I'll give them a try too.  Jones have apparently opened a branch at the new Mandarin hotel gallery too (the one opposite the Heeren).
