They all suck...if you are after cheesy presenters with no sense of humour playing commercialised inoffensive boy/girl band pap, tune in to any of the local stations..I have yet to find anything that's anything like Kiss 100 FM  / Virgin / Xfm.......cd's in the car / listen in on the internet.

Most of them are good to wake you up. My radio is set to the Perfect 10 (98.7 FM or something like that). Every morning I can listen to people making a fool of themselves trying to win $1K by answering a multiple choice questions within a minute. The interesting part is even after more than a couple of months, nobody has won the prize yet.

Don't bother listening to the radio stations here. They aren't gear towards expats' taste in music as well as expats' sense of humour. They exist more for locals. But if you are really keen on listening, Class 95 (FM95) is pretty good as I like songs from the 80s and if you want to be exposed to Mandarin, FM93.3

What's a "radio?"

I use internet stations.  Without Howard Stern here, I have no need to listen to regular ole' radio?

there are no good radios in Spore.
Sorry.
Stupid giggling all day, same music repeated all over again.....This is what happens when one media group has a monopoly !
And listen to the DJ's on the morning shows, it is really scary....

greek thks for the tip

agree with funkev

the range of interenet radio stns makes it worthwhile paying for an unlimited broadband connetion just for the music

netscape radio is the best - almost ad-free

I think the radio is really good in Singapore.

But understand that isn't always as cutting edge and daring as some stations in the west.

Singaporeans music taste is a bit too cheesy for my ears too.

But for those that have had expat assignments elsewhere, think back!

Radio in most parts of the world is still awful.  Even American radio which led the way has gone down hill.

Perfect 10 98.7FM
Class 95
News Radio 93.8

all very good

There is only one that I listen to:

92.4 - the classical channel.

I play it all day and it is so relaxing and soothing.

No complains from me.
