micro celery ? I'm imagining teeny tiny celery stalks  Huh ... never heard of them before.  Just curious, what do you use this for and why can't you use celery seeds or chopped up regular celery?

Ooh, microgreens!  I seriously doubt you can buy them here, you might have to grow your own.

Exactly right, it's teeny-tiny celery.  Of course you can use regular celery but it's nowhere near as cute.

You can buy them here but you will need to indent them and spend a minimum, usually around $80. Leave your email if you want me to contact you and tell you who they are. Cant here or it will get deleted.

You could always try the top end restaurants to help you out if you only want a couple of punnets.

It may be best to grow your own, takes about a week to 2.

Thank you everyone for your reply. The coriander sprouts taste fantastic and so do the micro celery. But I just want to buy a little bit, not $80 worth. Please let me know where I can purchase it.  rukvasan@yahoo.com. I tried to grow my own coriander sprouts but without success - I just do not have a green thumb. Sad

You might want to get your e-mail address off public view pronto, as this site (as with so many others) is trawled by spam-bots!

p.s. I do have a green finger, and still failed miserably to grow both coriander and parsely from seed! So it is not just you.
