Application for PEP from outside of Singapore

Hello,

I would like to send my application for PEP while I am outside of Singapore. Please let me know the answers to the below questions which are specific for my case:

1. How do I pay the administration fee since I can't pay it over the SingPost office or online?

2. Do I mail the application to this address?

I was asking in my thread as well.  I have a local contact so I think I am going to mail my application to him and get him to take it in person, but is that even acceptable?

I had clarification from MoM officials. Applicants resides outside of Singapore, can submit their applicatioins with supporting document through their local (singapore) contact at SingPost. They have to pay the application fee (S$10) at the time of submitting the application. Once application is approved, applicant should go for finger-print screening. Upon such process, PEP will be issued.

Hence, applying for PEP is just a cat walk for those of you having Contacts in Singapore.
