older condos in singapore

does anybody know of a link/ organisation or any kind of resource where I can get a list of older condos in Singapore?  (greater than 10 years old)

Try Premas

They manage a lot of the old government housing, usually over 40 years old. If I post contact details the BM will delete them so look them up in the telephone book or using google.

Premas' website doesn't list their old apartments/houses anymore. If you want to check them out you can call them up and they'll fax you a list plus very brief descriptions. I must say they do represent excellent value if you are not too concerned about condo facilities. Also, they tend to be unfurnished. I know people who live in some really nice terrace units at College Green and they are a bargain!

Tanamera at Tanah Merah,.....

Aaaah! Another idea and probably more useful: Check out the 'Singapore' section in the Kinokinoya (spelling?) bookstore at Ngee Ann City. If I'm not mistaken there's one very thick reference book of condos in Singapore. It has one condo per page and features photos, basic description, facilities, amenities, a small location map, unit sizes, finishing, names the developer and has sales prices for the last year or so. Costs about $50. Pretty useful if yuou are looking to invest. If they don't have it, you can always ask about it at the info counter.
