Any thoughts on these comments? Should we be concerned?

Is it possible other civilisations have done similar and thus no longer survive?:

THE universe is a darwinian serious place, which tends to eliminate smiling cubs. To understand what a factory of black holes and dark matter means for our future, we should translate the meaning of those words to plain English, which is precisely what the Nuclear Industry that made this factory is NOT doing, to avoid public alarm on the catastrophic risks for our lives this factory implies.
In simple terms, dark, ‘strong’ matter in the cosmic scale is the ‘top predator’ of our light, ‘weak’ matter. The names ‘strong’ and ‘weak’ come from the 2 forces those type of matter display. They self-explain why our ‘weak’ matter (electronic matter) feeds the ‘strong’ matter of quarks: We are weaker.
Unfortunately, because people never understood this, everybody is cheering today the inauguration of the factory. CERN told the press it was a project to understand the meaning of the Universe and the rest of mankind, like a chorus line, repeated what CERN said. And of course, CERN explained the meaning of dark matter in a jargon nobody understood that looked harmless.
Instead of saying they were going to study the ‘death’ of our electroweak matter never explored before, by building a superconductive, light-speed cannon, with energies that go well beyond 1 teravolt, when our matter dies, they said they were going to study ‘the breaking of the electro-weak symmetry’ with a ‘collider’; instead of saying they have no clue if the death of our matter will start a chain reaction, causing a Nova (even if it seems to do so everywhere in the Universe we look around) they censored any talk about Nova reactions, the creation of the so-called Einstein’s quark condensates, or ice-9 that starts such Nova reactions, and so on.
This silence about the nature and reactions that happen between quarks became a joke among those of us opposed to the quark factory, because 99% of what the quark factory will produce is quark condensates, and it is the only thing about which the Nuclear Company never talks.
Instead of saying that 95% of the matter of the universe is dense, dark, quark matter (the only known-known possible component of the cosmic matter that feeds on ours), hence there are 95% of chances it will feed on ours if it appears on this planet, CERN brings all the impossible, mathematical fantasy-particles it can imagine, but we have never seen, as possible components of dark matter (neutralinos, SUSYs, etc.) So people never understood what kind of factory we have now in Europe. According to CERN is not a quark factory of dark matter, but an instrument to study exotic particles, multiple dimensions, evaporating black holes, Higgs particles, all kind of fantasies never proved before.
In military terms the Nuclear Company of Europe (CERN) has built the new generation of Nuclear Weapons, a quark factory that can create cosmic quark bombs, which are inverse Atomic bombs that mass together energy into mass (M=E/c2), provoking big crunches of our ‘electroweak’ mass. If any of those experiments gets out of control – and CERN has no provisions or studies for such event – the big crunch of our weak mass can continue outside the lab and collapse the entire mass of the Earth into a quark condensate, pulsar or black hole.
Thus, the dark matter factory is just the next stage of nuclear weapons, a bigger atomic cannon. Yet to avoid public outcry the Nuclear Industry has put its experts to talk nonsense and mathematics, ‘noise’ to distract public attention from the core matter – it looks by artticles like this the self suicidal strategy works. They remind me the greedy character of jurassic park briging a baby dino to earth

I don't think so. The earth is bombarded with particles with more energy than the collider can deliver. We are far more likely to be killed by a road rage incensed cab driver or a desperate gambler jumping on us from a high place.

Fearmongering, I believe, is the term for this.   A stronger version than those who fear GM for plant life.

The GM scare is a purely commercial phenomenon. European agriculture, already heavily subsidised, cannot compete with more efficient producers, using GM technology , in the rest of the world. So they raise objections which have no scientific basis to the growing and import of GM food.
